India (DLN): CBSE CTET admit card will be sent to candidates by 17th June 2011. CTET admit card will be sent by post “Under Certificate of Posting (UCP)”. Candidates are get their admit card here. Candidate will require contacting to the Board in case candidates will not get Admit Card of CTET 2011 by 20th June 2011. CBSE will not bear any responsibility for any consequences for loss of admit card in transit.
If CTET roll no is not received by 20th June 2011, candidate should contact the “Assistant Secretary (CTET), Central Board of Secondary Education, Shiksha Sadan, 17, Institutional Area, Rouse Avenue, Delhi-110002”. Candidates can contact between 10.00 AM to 5.00 PM.
They will require giving details of the Post Office, date of dispatch, original receipt of postal dispatch, copy of the Application Form/Confirmation Page, 1 photo pasted on the copy of the application form. Duplicate Admit Card of CTET 2011 would be issued at the Examination Centres in any case.
The first education board to be set up in India was the Uttar Pradesh Board of High School and Intermediate Education in 1921, which was under jurisdiction of Rajputana, Central India and Gwalior. In 1929 the government of India set up a joint Board named "Board of High School and Intermediate Education, Rajputana". This included Ajmer, Merwara, Central India and Gwalior. Later it was confined to Ajmer, Bhopal and Vindhya Pradesh. In 1952, it became the "Central Board of Secondary Education".
